What you will do

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of interactive dashboards and reporting solutions to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and present findings in a visually compelling manner
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, design, and implement new features in alignment with business objectives
  • Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in dashboard design and reporting to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology solutions that support continuous improvement within business processes
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of project plans, requirements, and outcomes
  • Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance development, efficiency and performance
  • Investigate complex system problems to identify causes and prepare situation analysis
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for streamlining operations
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure they can effectively utilize new capabilities & solutions

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on dashboard design and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights
  • Ability to understand business processes, identify opportunities for further efficiency, gather requirements, and capture clear and comprehensive documentation.
  • Managing relationships with business users, developers, and other project stakeholders is critical to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering compelling dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Ability to independently solve problems and escalate issues when necessary
