Lead Digital Product Development – Agentic AI

                                          Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Digital Product Development – Agentic AI who will drive the design, development, and delivery of next-generation AI-powered applications. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect systems with integrations with Agentic AI solutions—from concept to production.

You will Lead end-to-end GenAI solution design, development, and integration for application Development Team to translate real-world problems into intelligent, autonomous agent-based systems and guide a team of engineers in building them.

Job Responsibilities:
Build end-to-end Gen AI solutions - develop, refine, and implement advanced Gen AI models and ensure the success delivery of projects. Utilize managed AI services (e.g., Azure Copilot Studio, OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI) for rapid development.

Work on prompt engineering, RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment workflows. Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models including regression, classification, extraction, and NLP-based solutions using neural networks (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM).

Translate business problems into end-to-end ML/AI system designs, considering scalability, performance, reliability, and cost. Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML techniques and frameworks and recommend adoption where they add measurable value.

Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI principles, including model explainability, data privacy, and performance monitoring.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications                                                               

• 6+ years of experience in full stack development & hands-on Agentic AI experience

• Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React, Typescript, or equivalent).

• Strong backend experience with .NET / Node.js / Python (Preferred).

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design.                 

• Strong foundation in machine learning and data science, including regression, classification, feature engineering, model evaluation, and neural networks (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM).                                                                                                    

• Hands-on Experience with NLP and transformer-based models, including encoder, decoder, and encoder–decoder architectures.                                                  

• Practical expertise in Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and grounding LLMs with enterprise data.      

• Hands-on knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as Microsoft Copilot Studio,LangChain and LangGraph, including agent orchestration, tool usage, memory, and multi-step reasoning.  

• Strong prompt engineering skills to optimize accuracy, consistency, and controllability of LLM outputs.                                                                                                            

• Ability to design and implement end-to-end ML/AI systems, focusing on scalability, performance, reliability, and integration with production applications.          

• Experience collaborating across teams to translate business problems into effective AI-driven solutions.                                                                                                      

• Proven experience leading technical teams or projects

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities                        

• Ability to mentor and grow engineer.                                                                                                

• Nice to have Supply Chain Knowledge.

• Strong technical skills to contribute as an engineer across a broad technology stack, from novel software development and operations to automated testing and integration with third-party services and tools. This work is done across teams and across legacy and modern codebases.

  • Design, develop and maintain web applications, APIs and/or microservices in accordance with industry best practices while leveraging agile/scrum development methodology.

• Create performant database applications following database best practices and writing efficient SQL queries.

  • Partner with core engineering teams to build and integrate shared components.

• Collaborate with product managers/owners, business analysts and UX team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Develop and administer CI/CD pipelines in cloud-hosted Git repositories, and source control artifacts via Git in alignment with common branching strategies and workflows.

  • Participate in technical and non-technical reviews such as pull requests and change control in a collaborative manner.

• Communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written mediums with individuals and groups.
