Role: Lead, Digital Solutions

Role reports to: Manager, Digital Solutions

Location: Bengaluru, IN

Role Summary-

We are looking for a seasoned Lead, who can drive complex programs end-to-end, ensure delivery excellence, and provide strong governance and stakeholder leadership. The role requires deep expertise in program management, hypercare support, strategic planning and data driven decision-making with a strong orientation toward data solutions and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale programs and project across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely deliver, quality and adherence to scope.

• Own program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation and resource allocation.

• Drive hypercare support post go-live, ensuring issue resolution, stability and smooth transition to a steady state.

• Establish and manage governance frameworks, including cadence reviews, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.

• Act as a primary point of contract for senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication alignment and expectation management.

• Support strategic planning initiatives, translating business objectives into executable roadmaps.

• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentation for leadership and executive audiences.

• Ensure strong documentation standards, including project plans, RAID logs, SOPs and status reports.

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, time management and execution discipline.

• High attention to detail and quality.

Required Skills and Experience-

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or related field.

·       6-8 years of relevant experience

·       Hands-on expertise with:

o   Program management and project management in complex, cross-functional environments.

o   Stakeholder management, strategic thinking, planning, execution and communication skills.

o   Exceptional presentation, documentation and time management skills.

·       Experience in digital platforms and enterprise solutions.

·       Good to have- Azure, Power BI and SQL knowledge.

·       Good to have- Solid understanding of digital solution, data analytics and business intelligence concepts.

·       Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments 

·       Hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 

·       Advanced PowerPoint skills (executive storytelling, visual clarity, structured messaging) 

Desired Qualifications

·       Certifications:

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification 

·       Preferred CPG/Supply Chain domain expertise.

·       Understanding of Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models 

·       SharePoint site design, page layouts, document management, and permissions 

·       Familiarity with Power Automate, OneDrive, Teams integration (preferred)
