What you will do

The Supply Chain FP&A team based in Prague has an opening for a lead analyst supporting the Supply Chain Consumer Business and reporting into the Regional FP&A manager. This role will have responsibility for providing financial planning and analytics support for the regional BUF team supporting the Supply Chain Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EMEA SC Support performing financial forecast, annual business plan and variance analyses
  • Finance Partner for EMEA SC, Currency, Principal, Inventory, Costing, and Global Function teams.
  • Support the Regional Business Unit Finance (BUF) team by providing all financial analytics/ insights enabling delivery of financial plans and forecasts.
  • Support appropriate standardization of FP&A activities as well as the identification and evaluation of opportunities to refine and improve process and reporting standards.
  • Support the Regional Business Unit Finance (BUF) team by providing all financial analytics/ insights enabling delivery of financial plans and forecasts.
  • Step up our reporting tools using the newest digital tools
  • Support the Regional Business Unit Finance (BUF) team by providing all financial analytics/ insights enabling delivery of financial plans and forecasts.
  • Support the FP&A Finance Manager during planning cycles/closing activities by preparing decks, communication and connecting with other stakeholders

Qualifications

To be part of this high performing team you will have a structured attention to detail, alongside:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years financial experience.
  • This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong intellectual curiosity, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions); with the desire to learn more advance data analytic tools.
  • Prior working knowledge of FP&A or business partnering
  • Strong agility and innovation mentality
  • Ability to influence all levels of the organization and to engage across a broad range of business partners and functions
  • Ability to work under deadlines and flex last minute changes
  • A hands-on teammate with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion and understanding of FP&A and going beyond the numbers
  • Self-motivated and keen to grow and develop
