What you will do

The Learning Management System LMS/LXP Administrator is responsible for operational support for of the LMS/LXP solution & administration aligned with the organization’s objective in collaboration with internal clients, implementation partners/project team, L&D partners, HCM/Digital Experience/Product Owners/IT . The key tasks includes but not limited to setting up eLearning content & crafting learning paths in partnership Product Owners/SME, deployment, troubleshooting, security & controls. Additionally, embed continuous improvement & innovation mindset focusing on process & systems optimization, ensuring our learners gets a seamless experience through our learning platform.

This position reports into the Operational Excellence Leader and is based at BGC, Taguig, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

·    LMS/LXP Implementation Core Team Member: As a subject matter expert in Learning Administration, you will play a critical role in shaping the new operational processes enabled by the new LMS/LXP systems in partnership with the project team.

·    LMS Security: you are responsible for the for the day-to-day operations of the LMS systems application, setting up, ensuring ongoing maintenance, triage of issues, and audits are completed to meet the organization’s learning solutions needs and objectives. This includes user learning experience interface, creating user accounts, setting up security and access controls such as assigning permissions and ensuring learners have access to the resources they need

·    Learning Content Management:   Accountable for the centralized delivery of uploading and managing courses and curriculum. Develop and manage online courses which includes uploading course content, creating quizzes, and setting up assessments in partnership with curriculum SME.

·    Learning Operations Support: providing support to users and troubleshooting any issues with the learning systems including partnering with other functions on integration/interface issues/root cause analysis/resolution.  Also executes on UAT script writing and on UAT script completion on product updates and enhancements. 

·    Ensures that systems updates & maintenance are executed timely. This includes updating the learning systems with the latest software releases, bug fixes, and security patches. Monitors learning systems performance & security

·    Design and develop reporting dashboards and metrics for business stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues.

·    Design and implement a learning intake process and efficient management of course/content maintenance & governance: review/updates/deletion

·    Partners closely with Product Experience owner on roadmap opportunities for enhancements, product optimization and automation opportunities based on metrics and user sentiments.

·    Partners with Workforce Intelligence team on reporting capabilities

·    Create guides / job aids for LMS applications in partnership with the Knowledge Management team

·    Partner with Learning & Development Team, IT, Digital Experience, People Solutions, 3rd party solutions partner (LMS vendor) in delivering a seamless learning experience to Kenvuers

·    Partner with ComplianceWire team as needed

·    Keep abreast of ongoing trends and solutions in the learning management systems network.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

·    Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or relevant field

·    Strong technical proficiency in learning management applications and project management experience

·    Experience in learning administration for LMS/LXP platform

·    Must be a design & solution thinker and demonstrates a strong analytical & critical thinking

·    Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

·    Strong communicator and stakeholder management

·    Willing work night shift
