HybridWhat you will do
Rogaine, Advocacy & Influencer Manager is responsible for leading creator strategies and initiatives to drive brand growth and market share. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative full funnel campaigns that resonate with consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Cultural Relevance: Build and activate a creator strategy that enables always on conversation by identifying, aligning and executing on how Neutrogena can move at the speed of culture and participate in cultural conversations in relevant and engaging ways.
Own Influencer Excellence: Oversee a high-performing influencer marketing strategy across influencer tiers that aligns with brand priorities, product launches, and other key moments. Deepen community and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and build new platforms.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with the global teams, customer strategy, PR, media, sales and agency partners to ensure end-to-end alignment across strategy, storytelling, and execution in store and online.
Deliver Performance & Measurement: Ensure creator metrics are delivering on business objectives through tools like Traackr and Tribe Dynamics showcasing strong engagement rates and EMV.
Build and Strengthen Creator Relationships: cultivate a diverse network of advocates that authentically connect with target consumers.
Develop Junior Team Members: helping to build influencer marketing expertise on the team.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of brand or category marketing experience.
Candidate must have superior leadership skills. Demonstrated track record of successful business results.
Deep understanding of social, influencer, and digital-first campaigns that drive both brand consideration and business results.
This position requires up to 20% domestic travel.
Functional Expertise:
Understand today’s unique relationship between paid, owned and earned where moving at the speed of culture can mean hours
Maintain the discipline of planning meshed with the flexibility of opportunism to engage effectively with the outside world in a way that is aligned with brand values
