What you will do

The Manager, Amazon Retail Media will serve as the Category Lead for Aveeno, Hair Portfolio and Kenvue’s Incubator brands, owning end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of Amazon Retail Media campaigns. This role acts as a strategic business driver translating category goals into data-driven media plans that accelerate traffic and drive profitable incremental growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop retail media plans aligned to brand and category growth objectives.

  • Own campaign execution across Search, Display, and emerging Amazon formats.

  • Ensure strong NPI support and launch excellence.

  • Align media mix to traffic, conversion, and share of voice goals.

  • Monitor pacing, forecast delivery, and proactively adjust investment to maximize ROI.

  • Analyze campaign performance across key KPIs (Glance Views, CVR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ACOS, DPVR).

  • Translate data into clear “so what” narratives and actionable recommendations.

  • Identify growth levers across brand, non-brand, and competitor conquesting.

  • Partner with Retail Media Lead to implement structured test-and-learn agenda.

  • Scale proven drivers across media mix.

  • Manage budgets, pacing, and financial stewardship for assigned brands.

  • Coordinate creative assets with brand teams.

  • Monitor supply constraints and manage stop-ship implications on media strategy.

  • Serve as primary retail media contact for: Sales, Brand Teams, National Media, Agency partners, Amazon Ads.

  • Lead monthly performance reviews and quarterly planning sessions.

  • Influence stakeholders with data-backed recommendations.

What we are looking for  

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience; prior experience in retail media, performance marketing, or brand marketing.

  • Foundational understanding of Amazon ecosystem.

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to simplify complex data.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • 15-20% of travel.

Preferred Qulifications

  • Experience in CPG, beauty, or personal care categories.

  • Familiarity with Pacvue, Vendor Central.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
