What you will do

The Regional Supplier Lifecycle Manager is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of previously qualified suppliers, providing components to the North America region. This role serves as the primary interface between the organization and its supplier base, ensuring alignment with quality, service, risk, compliance, sustainability, and cost expectations.

The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder, strong strategic thinker, and data‑driven problem solver with deep experience in supplier management, quality systems, and cross‑functional collaboration.

In addition, this leader manages a regional team responsible for executing day‑to‑day supplier lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader, a strong strategist, and a data‑driven problem solver with deep knowledge of supplier quality, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Lifecycle Management

  • Ensure suppliers comply with all regulatory, quality, operational, and contractual requirements across the lifecycle.

Performance & Risk Management

  • Manage supplier performance using KPIs, scorecards, and business reviews.

  • Identify risks within the supply base and implement mitigation plans in collaboration with quality, procurement, and operations.

  • Drive root cause analysis and CAPA management with underperforming suppliers.

  • Serve as the regional point of contact for supplier relationship management (SRM).

  • Facilitate governance meetings, and continuous improvement discussions with suppliers.

  • Partner with global teams to ensure alignment on strategy, standards, and practices.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance supplier capabilities, reduce defects, and  improve delivery reliability.

  • Support regulatory audits (e.g., FDA, GRC,) ensure suppliers and Kenvue meet evolving compliance requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred).

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience. With a minimum 5 years in supplier quality, procurement, supply chain management, or vendor management preferred.

  • Experience in  GMPs  regulated environments.

  • Strong understanding of supplier quality principles, risk management, and process controls.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to influence without authority.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and digital tools to drive decisions.

  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers, projects, and timelines across a regional footprint.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with executive presence.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.

  • Ability to travel up to 15% domestically.

Preferred Qualifications

  • People leadership experience preferred.

  • Experience leveraging Power BI for reporting, metrics, and data analysis.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
