Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
The Manufacturing Process Associate II is responsible for executing and monitoring manufacturing processes according to operational procedures, establishing priorities based on production schedule, and participating in projects focused on process development, improvement, cost reduction, and new product manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
Set up production equipment to produce in-process and finished products
Execute and monitor manufacturing processes according to operational procedures
Participate in cleaning of equipment and rooms as necessary
Handle, store, and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements, using required safety equipment
Act as subject matter expert on equipment, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Establish task priorities based on current business needs
Participate in projects focused on process development, improvement, cost reduction, and new product manufacturing
Support changes and enhancements to procedures and process documentation
Provide and coordinate on-boarding and training of new employees
Perform batch record review and ensure GxP compliance
Provide inputs for work standardization, training, and best practices
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Experience in liquids storage, staging, mixing, and/or packaging
Experience in a GxP manufacturing environment
Competency in Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
Training in 5S, Yellow/Green Belt, Waste Reduction, Technical Writing
