What you will do

The Marketing Controlling Analyst is responsible for 

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance business partner and support for marketing teams
  • Challenge business assumptions, developing alternative scenarios and educating business partners on financial concepts, profitability and compliance mindset
  • Monitor financial performance metrics of marketing investments against budget and prepare monthly financial reports and analyses
  • Actively participate in forecasting processes and challenge teams to anticipate Risks and opportunities and develop action plans to drive budget accomplishment
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Shopper, RGM, Trade, and Marketing teams to support and drive optimal business decision-making. Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing and Finance functions.
  • Ensure compliance accomplishment and follow ups, monitoring and developing required SOX controls

                                                                                                                        

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, and other careers related

Desired Qualifications

  • Encouraged to have 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Finance (sales controlling, marketing controlling, FP&A and others related)
  • Proficiency on Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong business sense and ability to identify business drivers behind financial numbers
  • Drive communication across different levels of the organization, acting as team player
