What you will do

We are looking for young spirits ready to take on the mission as a Marketing Intern for our Baby Care franchise. 

Your Mission:

Crack the algorithm. Create scroll-stopping content that sparks aspiration and drives purchase intent through high-quality, relevant, and inspiring stories.

If TikTok is your second language, and you can spot trends before they go viral — this role’s made for you.

🎬What You’ll Do

  • Be our go-to person for TikTok content — from ideation to execution.

  • Spot what’s trending, what’s flopping, and what’s about to blow up.

  • Develop content strategy that feels native, not forced.

  • Create storylines, scripts, and concepts that hook people fast.

  • Shoot and edit videos or photos that make people stop scrolling.

  • Dive into content analysis to see what works — and make it work even better.

The 2026 Kenvue Internship Program is a six-month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, analytical, creative and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship. 

This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom.  This is a full-time (40 hours per week) assignment offered both during the Spring (January 2026 – June 2026) or Fall (July 2026 – December 2026)

  • You live and breathe TikTok and other social platforms.

  • You’ve made or edited content before (school project, brand, or just for fun).

  • You’re creative, fast, and love experimenting with new ideas.

  • You can turn random thoughts into viral-worthy content.

  • You’re curious, proactive, and ready to learn from a real marketing team.
