HybridWhat you will do
This role is designed for a highly analytical and digitally-native first graduate eager to dive into a competitive skin health brand. You will be instrumental in driving our brand's growth through cutting-edge digital analysis and content strategy.
Requirements:
Final year/recent Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with demonstrated academic excellence
Passion for skincare and beauty
Proven active knowledge and experience with TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging social platforms
Familiarity with creator/influencer/KOL ecosystems is critical
Excellent analytical skills: Capable of interpreting data from social media analytics, e-commerce, and campaign reports to derive actionable insights
Exceptional attention to detail for project management, data integrity, and asset review (eg. social media content post)
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies/creators
A proactive, entrepreneurial, and resourceful mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects with limited supervision
Project & Responsibilities:
The successful intern will be tasked with a high-impact, visible projects:
Social Commerce Growth Strategy: Deep analysis of the brand and key competitor's performance, especially related to Affiliates campaign. Identify emerging creator trends and white spaces. Pitch, execute, and track creator campaign, presenting findings to the Brand Manager
Digital Performance Deep Dive: Assist the Brand Manager in managing weekly/monthly aggregation and analysis of digital marketing KPIs (eg. Affiliates Campaign Report)
360 Brand Campaign Support: Assist the Brand Manager by tracking integrated campaign execution milestones across digital platforms and offline activations (eg. digital acceleration, on-ground activation)
Internship Program:
- Start in June and end in December (6 months)
- Ideally a full time internship, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
- Hybrid set up: Able to go onsite to engage with the teams 3 days a week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Work from home is every Monday and Friday.
