What you will do

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager, Innovation to join our EH Global Brand Team based in Summit, NJ, USA. The role focuses on leading global marketing initiatives for Aveeno Baby & Aveeno Kids. This individual will manage marketing strategies, create content, and support global media efforts to amplify the brand's message.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Connections Excellence

- Develop and deliver global marketing toolkits based on consumer insights and category data for rapid deployment across global regions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, supply chain, packaging, etc.) to create marketing plans that align with Aveeno’s brand values and business objectives. 

- Maintain strong communication and alignment with local Brand-Market Combinations (BMCs) to ensure consistency in strategy execution.

- Lead the creation of communication playbooks focused on full funnel marketing, ensuring alignment with SOBG principles.

- Drive successful marketing campaigns for product launches, ensuring strategies are aligned globally and locally. 

- Create launch playbooks, to be implemented by regional teams. 

Leadership & Collaboration

- Foster collaboration with regional teams to gather consumer insights, market trends, and ensure the best long-term brand performance. 

- Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver influencer strategies that address meaningful opportunities and threats across markets. 

- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, both direct and cross-functional, to ensure strategic alignment and project delivery. 

Campaign Management

- Collaborate with the Data Science & Audience Insights team to identify target audiences and analyze trends using various social listening, AI, and marketing efficiency tools. 

- Set clear campaign objectives, focusing on key metrics such as brand awareness, brand health, leads, or sales. 

- Manage campaign execution, liaising with creative teams, influencers, and external platforms to ensure timely delivery. 

- Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess performance, refine strategies, and identify areas for improvement. 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. 

- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in influencer marketing and social media, preferably within FMCG. 

- Proven experience managing global brands and media plans 

- Experience working across global markets with demonstrated cultural understanding and ability to collaborate with regional teams. 

- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to multitask across various teams and stakeholders. 

- Familiarity with social listening and community management tools. 

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners preferred. 

- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
