What you will do

We are looking for a talent to join the Global Listerine Franchise Team, USA, as Marketing Manager Communications & Commercial Strategy. The Marketing Manager will leverage knowledge of brand building and business delivery to deploy Listerine’s commercial strategy around the world. The Marketing Manager will coordinate with other Regions and BMCs to  develop and deliver growth and communications plans based on consumer, category, and competitive data and insights. The  Marketing Manager will work with a cross-functional team of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, Design, and marketing leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers global brand toolkits that meet and advance the category prototype for their priority Region/BMC and are ready for rapid deployment globally, with limited shaping and transcreation. 

  • Works in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.

  • Delivers winning brand building plans through strong collaboration with the other Regions and BMCs to address meaningful opportunities and threats as they arise.

  • Develops and ensure the implementation of, consistent and aligned comms, content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles.

  • Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world through the deployment teams.

  • Advances Science of Brand Building capabilities in Kenvue making it a strong organizational muscle.

  • Ensure strong collaboration & participation in Project Meetings as part of the aligned cadence.

  • Works closely with the Regional and local BMCs markets’ teams to understand consumer insights and challenges, the go to market and the trends to deliver the best long-term plans for the brand.

  • Always put consumer first to unleash the best insights to drive brand performance.

  • Works closely with the Regional and local BMCs markets’ teams to deliver the brand pipeline ensuring sufficiency and freshness needs met for the BMCs.

  • Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world through the deployment teams.

  • Brings the Kenvue Promise to life.

  • Lives the Kenvue values and behaviors.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field; Master degree a plus.

  • A minimum of 5 years progressive experience executing successful brand strategies.

  • Experience in executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience.

  • Some experience working in a global capacity & collaborating with regional teams. Evidence of leading & growing a large global brand with meaningful sales outside of US.

  • Evidence of having worked in a complex/multi-factorial environment + making the complex simple.

  • Experience in working with E2E cross functional teams.

  • Demonstrated business and cultural understanding of the local markets/regions we anticipate will fuel growth.

  • Proven experience in managing the complexity of working across numerous time zones, influencing senior level stakeholders, and managing & inspiring team members across various levels who are not direct reports.

  • Experience working with R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales and Project Management is required. 

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

 

Preferredred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners is preferred.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
