What you will do
The Marketing Manager is responsible for building brand strategy and marketing execution on Aveeno and Johnson’s, as two strategic global brand in China.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement comprehensive and scalable marketing and business plans that align with corporate growth objectives, including defining clear metrics, targets, strategies, tactics, and budget allocation.
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns leveraging emerging digital platforms and data-driven insights to elevate brand presence and customer engagement.
- Brand P&L owner; Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support business objectives.
- Build China-for-China innovation and cooperate with region and global team for brand resource and support.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in marketing management
- Demonstrated expertise in product marketing, including digital channels and integrated marketing communications
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex insights to diverse organizational levels and external stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in dynamic, ambiguous environments
- High business acumen with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing marketing teams
