What you will do

In this role, you will be supporting the EMEA Marketing Operations & Strategy Senior Manager in managing Marketing Operations for the region, focused on supporting our clusters & markets to execute plans brilliantly, as well as working in partnership with many functions on strategic projects, thus playing a crucial role in supporting EMEA’s growth agenda. Very importantly, this role is what you make of it and about how you shape it. We have many opportunities ahead through our new operating model, so it will be up to you to harness them, and shape plans that help accelerate EMEA’s success.

Key responsibilities include:

Elevating content performance and regional deployment​

  • Designing live content performance tracking to scale local learnings across the EMEA region.

  • Identifying and implementing ways to enhance content process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Building strong partnerships and collaborating closely with Marketing Teams and Regional Deployment Leads to enable excellent regional execution.

Accelerating innovation impact

  • Acting as a strategic partner to global, regional, and local teams, facilitating cross-fertilization of insights to enhance the impact of innovation.

  • Shaping a strong community of practice across EMEA to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Driving exceptional Marketing Operations in EMEA

  • Supporting operations that underpin content development, for example:

    • Partnering with our Global team to drive the deployment of the new Content Factory, representing EMEA through one voice during the launch & optimization phases.

    • Managing external agency partners to develop high quality assets for the region that set industry standards, pivotal to product launches and to accelerate our e-commerce business.

  • Step-changing artwork quality: Partnering with cross-functional teams on improving the quality of our artworks, identifying solves for translation in EMEA, including leveraging AI.

  • Managing budget in accordance with compliance regulations.

Supporting Senior Manager on strategic projects:

  • Collecting and reporting data for OKRs to support performance management.

  • Supporting data collection & visualization for strategic ad hoc projects to support EMEA’s growth agenda.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5-10 years experience working in marketing, deeply familiar with marketing dynamics, with strong commercial acumen, with ability to understand P&L and undertake financial analysis.

  • A master of analytics, comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and excel.

  • A global thinker with strong influencing skills, capable of navigating matrix organization dynamics with a 'velvet glove.'

  • A local market expert with a deep understanding of local dynamics & processes, and empathy for local teams.

  • A daring spirit and a change agent who challenges the status quo, drives innovation & doesn’t take ‘no’ for an answer.

  • An owner’s mindset focused on problem-solving, who doesn’t hesitate to roll their sleeves up to get things done.

  • A highly adaptable & self-starter individual, ready to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving environment.

  • Experienced leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various internal stakeholders and external agency partners.

  • Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategies.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate plans and objectives.
