HybridWhat you will do
The Master Data Analyst is responsible for performing customer structure and maintenance activities to support MDM services, troubleshooting and resolving setup issues, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness. You will collaborate with supervisors on complex problems, communicate with customers for data verification, and participate in projects as assigned:
Key Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and update master data frameworks compliance with Master Data Management (MDM) policies to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and operational efficiency across multiple systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data governance strategies, verify and validate data, and participate in projects aimed at improving data quality and management processes.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex data issues, identifying patterns and anomalies, escalating problems as necessary, and proposing effective solutions to enhance data management across departments.
Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time insights into master data health and trends to support proactive data management decisions.
Lead initiatives to automate routine data cleansing tasks and manage customer data requests efficiently while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Champion best practices in master data management by conducting workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to promote data accuracy and usability.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, or related discipline.
2 to 4 years of professional experience in master data management, data analysis, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data issues and develop practical solutions.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams for data verification and issue resolution.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet established deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience working collaboratively on projects and adapting to evolving business requirements.
Desired Qualifications
Proven ability to design and implement data quality frameworks using modern analytical and visualization tools.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration platforms to manipulate and harmonize large datasets.
Proficiency in data management tools and software, with a solid understanding of data accuracy, validation, and completeness principles.
Familiarity with data governance principles and experience collaborating with diverse teams to enforce data standards.
Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving with a track record of automating complex data processes.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and applying innovative approaches to master data challenges.
