HybridWhat you will do
“MDG IT Architect – Business Partner” will oversee and optimize Master Data Management (MDM) technology framework at Kenvue for Business Partner (Customer and Vendor) data domain. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust MDM technology to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across the organization. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce technical excellence, policies, standards, security supporting Kenvue’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities-
• Design, develop, and implement business partner (Customers and Vendors) master data management solutions using the latest tools and technologies. (e.g. SAP MDG On-Premise)
• Develop and maintain data models, data mappings, and data integration workflows.
• Implement data quality rules and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to business users on MDM/SAP MDG best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the MDM space, including gen AI.
• Implement master data management policies, processes, standards, capabilities, and tools across the organization.
• Oversee MDM tools and technology implementation for companywide governance of master data objects.
• Develop and deliver master data tools and technology training programs to global process experts and end-users responsible for managing master data.
• Accountable for managing a team of master data technologists (Internal or external or both) interfacing with various business functions and data platform teams.
• Inspire and influence senior stakeholders on the impact of master data to significantly deliver business value for Kenvue.
• Take an active role in advocating a Data Driven Culture and Data Literacy across Global Functions
Qualifications-
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing master data management solutions using MDM/SAP MDG tools and technologies.
• Understanding of application of generative AI in master data context is required.
• Major Focus of the work will be in Business Partner (Customers, Vendors) domain. Relevant experience in Healthcare (R&D or Supply chain or Commercial or all) is preferred.
• Order to Cash and Procure to Pay process knowledge is required.
• Relevant Experience with MDM technologies like SAP MDG, Augmented Master Data Management with machine learning, workflow orchestration with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP is required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experienced in working with high performing teams, building relationships, and holding external service partners accountable.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technology teams to manage master data effectively.
• Demonstrate exceptional relationship building skills with strong ability to influence others.
• Leadership across a complex matrixed environment; Operating in a fast paced business critical environment.
• Demonstrate excellent persuasion, negotiation, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
