Medical Advisor (m/f/d)
The Medical Advisor is responsible for supporting the Medical Affairs team in ensuring the correctness of the information material on OTC medicines and supporting the departments for pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs in the preparation of relevant medical/clinical texts while being the external an internal contact for medical-scientific concerns on OTC drugs / Self Care and if needed cosmetics in order to increase mental availability of Kenvue brands:
Key Responsibilities
· Member of the Medical Affairs Department with responsibility for the region Germany, Austria, Switzerland for compliance with the provisions of the AMG, HWG and implementation of the corporate policies
· Responding to enquiries from doctors, pharmacists and patients regarding the correct use of medicines, their pharmaceutical quality, effectiveness and safety
· Taking over specific inquiries from practicing pharmacists and hospital pharmacists regarding special pharmaceutical questions
· Supports in developing communication for HCP (pharmacists and doctors) and organizes educational events (trainings, symposia)
· Advising internal and external customers at national and international level on drug-related issues
· Supports the departments for pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs in the preparation of relevant medical/clinical texts
· Supports the development of claims for self-care products and medical/legals evaluation as medical expert
· Representation of Kenvue at external meetings and symposia to share scientific expertise (e.g. congresses).
What we are looking for:
Required Qualifications
· Degree in pharmacy or medicine preferred, alternatively life sciences
· Professional work experience OTC/Self Care and Cosmetics
· Mother tongue German; Fluent in spoken and written English, also Medical English
· Strong ability to work in a team and strong personal initiative
· Excellent communication skills (internally and externally) and persuasive power
· Work in a precise, careful and well-structured way
Desired Qualifications
· Working knowledge of relevant advertising codes of practice (AMG/HWG)
