What you will do

1.   执行公司市场部的策略， 完成及超越公司的考核要求；

2.   有效地将目标医疗卫生专业人士HCP进行分级管理，合理安排拜访频率、确保正确的传递产品信息；

3.   独立的组织幻灯演讲、协助市场部举办区域的学术推广会议；

4.   相关数据的及时维护和更新，准确而及时的反馈市场信息；

5.   协助主管完成招标及医保事务

Requirement

1.   统招本科及以上学历，具备医学、药学或相关专业的学士或以上学位

2.   1-4年医药行业相关工作经验；

3.   较强的业务敏锐度、 解决问题的能力、协作管理能力、学习与运用的能力、沟通与说服能力、业务规划与执行能力；

4.   不畏艰难与挑战，坚持不懈地追求成功与卓越；

5.   可以满足公司差旅的要求；

6.   能够熟练使用电脑和办公软件满足工作要求。

能够严格管理自己的行为，确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律，包括但不限于FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信，保持真实透明，在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。

公司实施试用期考核制度，员工应按照公司的要求完成各项新员工入职培训和考核，满足公司的录用条件。如未能按照公司要求完成入职培训和考核，将视为试用期内不符合录用条件。
