This position reports to the Material Supply Manager and is based at our site in Stattena, Helsingborg.

What you will do
We are looking for a dedicated and engaged Material Planner to join our dynamic team responsible for the planning and buying of raw materials and packaging components for our Nicorette & Rhinocort products. Your contributions will be vital to the growth and success of our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating the plan to the different suppliers within the agreed lead times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan procurement needs
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands.
- Work closely with colleagues across various countries to share insights and best practices.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives within the procurement process
- Resolution of material supply challenges
- Tracks and reports site level supplier service performance communicating to the relevant parties
- Support NPI/NPD initiatives by ensuring a proper introduction of the new suppliers and correct management of the Materials phase in / phase out.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3+ years’ experience in planning, procurement, manufacturing, or scheduling
- End to End Supply Chain Understanding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Language: Swedish and English
- Operational experience with ERP systems ( Movex, SAP etc)
