What you will do

What you will do

Manage Raw and Packaging Materials (Stock items) planning to delivery customer service via balancing with inventory and expenses with having excellence master data governance as well . Also learn and share market best practice to optimize MRP process and RPM inventory model.  

- Manage locally sourced stock materials to follow inventory and safety stock policy.

- Execute material planning via MRP process, confirm those required quantity and convert into PO

within lead time. Amend and reflect latest delivery into system

- Review and understand capacity for major supplier, identify concerns then lead to have clear agreed

resolution and action plan together with MSM and Suppliers.  

- Work closely with MPS Planner, Initiative Planner and E2E Planner to ensure no business interrupt

from RPM shortage and proactively communicate, identify concerns and also advise supply resolu

tion. Response and manage on changes and also work with others functions i.e. NPD/NPI project

team to support new products launch and cost savings projects.

- Work closely with supplier to deliver materials as plan and follow agreed criteria .i.e. MOQ, Remained

shelf-life. Handling return, claim and also follow SLOB procedure / Reject process.

- Manage PIPO materials to minimize write-off for supporting NPD and CIP project. 

- Compliance with SAP process / system and ensure parameter for Material (Stock items) are

reviewed, amended to accurate.

- Work under assigned project or any initiatives to support business growth or process improvement.

  • Customer Service Level (PA Miss, SA, ATP), Supplier Service Level (sOTIF)

  • Inventory  (Days & Value)

  • Master Data Audit Findings

  • SLOB Expense

  • Overdue  PO

What we are looking for

Qualifications:

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience in material planning and inventory management.

  • Strong knowledge of MRP processes and SAP systems.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Professional Experience:

  • At least 5 years experience in a Supply Chain Planning / Manufacturing role or Sourcing role.
