What you will do

The Nordic Head of E-comm is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for accelerating the e-commerce sales across the Nordics. You will drive growth  by developing and executing e-commerce strategies in collaboration with key retailers and marketplaces. This role ensures best-in-class digital shelf presence, optimized online assortment, and data-driven performance management to deliver sustainable online growth.  You will lead a team responsible for developing strategic partnerships, optimizing channel mix and ensuring executional excellence in both pure-play and omnichannel environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Nordic eCommerce team to deliver growth targets across key channels and partners.
  • Develop channel strategies that strengthen brand presence and commercial impact across our e-commerce customers.
  • Partner with the UK Hub, Brand and RGM teams to align pricing, promotion and assortment strategies to channel realities.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key customers and digital retail partners.
  • Oversee customer joint business planning, ensuring alignment with category and brand priorities.
  • Drive digital shelf excellence and ensure flawless execution of online campaigns and content.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Retail Excellence teams to deliver consistent consumer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Manage commercial negotiations and trade investment frameworks, ensuring ROI and profitability.
  • Foster capability and performance development within the Channel Sales team.
  • Coordinate with global teams on best practices and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management or eCommerce leadership roles within FMCG or consumer health.
  • Strong understanding of eRetail and beauty retail environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a commercial growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience leading channel development across Nordic or EMEA markets.
  • Data-driven and insight-led approach to customer and category planning.
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships and trade investment.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
