What you will do

As a Nordic RGM Manager, you are responsible for driving profitable growth across the Nordic markets by developing and executing Revenue Growth Management strategies. This role ensures optimal pricing, promotion, assortment, and trade investment decisions to maximize value and promotional excellence for both the company and our customers.  You will partner closely with Nordic Brand Activation, Category Retail Excellence, Sales and Finance to identify growth levers, optimize margins, and ensure sustainable, profitable performance across Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and implementation of RGM strategies across the Nordic markets, aligned with global and regional guidance, focusing on pricing, promotions, pack architecture and trade terms.
  • Analyze category, customer and consumer data to identify growth opportunities and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand Activation and Category teams to ensure commercial plans reflect RGM principles and guardrails.
  • Lead pricing strategy across channels and markets. Support development of annual price and promo guidelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market realities.
  • Analyze trade spend effectiveness and recommend allocation strategies.
  • Monitor promotional efficiency, identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Partner with Finance to evaluate pricing scenarios, investment returns and trade spend performance.
  • Deliver regular RGM reporting, performance tracking and post-event reviews.
  • Champion a data-driven culture, embedding RGM thinking across commercial teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Kenvue pricing governance and ethical business practices across markets.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams to embed RGM principles.
  • Train and upskill local teams on RGM tools, processes, and best practices.
  •  Act as the Nordic RGM ambassador, ensuring adoption across markets.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Category or Sales Strategy within FMCG or consumer health.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with pricing and analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Nielsen, IRI).
  • Fluent in English; a Nordic language is an advantage.

  • Experience managing RGM initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Knowledge of Nordic retail dynamics, pricing structures and promotional mechanics.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Degree in Business, Economics, or related discipline.
