Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for a Lead Finance Analyst, located in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil.
The PICC (Principal, Inventory, Costing and Currency) Finance team is responsible for Inventory Management, complex financial transactions and flows, costing, currency and intercompany pricing. PICC team ensures that all supply chain/cost transactions, analysis and reporting are accurate and compliant in line with Kenvue guidelines.
What you will do
The Lead Analyst will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model through strong collaboration across Business and Finance. In addition, understanding the PICC processes, systems and ability to effectively frame and communicate with leaders, will be important to success and to the team.
The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting inventory controls, and providing thorough financial reporting and analysis, all while prioritizing process improvement and automation.
The successful candidate will be proactive and able to work independently, achieving excellent results by switching smoothly between detailed tasks and strategic thinking. This position is responsible for developing and refining processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to define analytic deliverables, and leveraging data-driven methodologies to convert manual workflows into automated, scalable solutions with high accuracy. This role directly influences the quality and reliability of inventory reporting and financial reconciliation and includes supervisory responsibility for two direct reports.
Key Responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:
· Prepare, review, and deliver inventory actual reports, including month-end close activities.
· Oversee and support the Full Absorption Accounting (FAA) and inventory revaluation processes for both actual and planning cycles.
· Continuously enhance inventory-related reconciliation processes, including:
o Reconciling inventory balances against sub-ledgers and operational systems,
o Movement and variance analysis reconciliations,
o Root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective actions,
o Strengthening inventory controls through improved documentation, traceability, and validation logic.
· Provide analytical insights into monthly actuals through comprehensive reporting.
· Lead efforts to automate and standardize key financial reporting and planning/closing processes to enable faster and more informed decision-making.
· Ensure adherence to compliance with requirements and facilitate successful internal and external audits.
· Mentor and develop team members.

Desired Qualifications
· Advanced English is mandatory.
· Finance experience in Supply Chain, Commercial and Consumer Products industries as well as Public Accounting
· Cost and Inventory accounting experience preferably
