What you will do

The NPI Coordinator is responsible for managing E2E New Product Introduction and Plant to Plant transfer projects at the Mandra Manufacturing Site in Greece. This person will run the New Product Introduction feasibility studies, work closely with cross-functional teams, calculate costs, timings and overall co-ordinate the new product introduction cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and coordination between design, manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of new product introductions and multiple project alignments.
  • Innovate, refine, and manage workflows and tracking systems to accelerate time-to-market, maintain quality and compliance standards, and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and delivery issues.
  • Coordinate sourcing and procurement activities.
  • Generate, analyze, and publish detailed reports on sourcing and project status to provide management with clear, proactive updates.
  • Serve as a central communication hub by translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality control and strong relationships.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing post-launch feedback and driving iterative enhancements in product rollout and procurement strategies.
  • Provide special assistance and support on ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent educational qualification in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 4 years of related experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in using procurement and contract management systems for data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address compliance, delivery, and contract issues.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage project management tools and data analytics to forecast challenges and optimize resource allocation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a flair for fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

  • Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while maintaining a strategic focus on long-term product success.
  • Capability to prepare and present clear, concise reports on sourcing and purchasing activities to management.
