What you will do

Job Summary: We are looking for an innovative and strategic Omni-Channel Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of lower-funnel omnichannel marketing strategies. This role is crucial for driving growth across our leading brands and categories by leveraging insights and identifying opportunities throughout the shopper journey. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a passion for data-driven marketing and a strong understanding of the retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Omnichannel Marketing Strategy: Own the development and execution of lower-funnel omnichannel marketing strategies with key retailers. Utilize insights to identify opportunities along the shopper journey to ensure growth of leading brands and categories.
  • Superior Campaign Execution: Develop clear briefs for internal and external partners to guarantee seamless campaign execution across all digital and physical touchpoints. Manage marketing and shopper investments, ensuring effective budget management processes.
  • Brand & Retailer Alignment: Create and deliver a comprehensive omnichannel experience calendar that integrates brand priorities with retailer-specific growth initiatives and events.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate closely with Customer Development and other internal teams to drive conversion, enhance market share, and facilitate collaborative business planning.
  • Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with Retail Media Networks and Digital and Operations Teams. Champion innovation through a test-and-learn approach.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish clear campaign objectives, benchmarks, and KPIs; conduct post-campaign analyses, and maintain a library of learnings to inform future activities.
  • Market Analysis: Perform market analysis to understand changes in market share, key category trends, and dynamics, identifying growth opportunities within specific eCommerce channels.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze key competitor actions and strategies, as well as emerging trends in eCommerce marketing.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage omnichannel shopper and media performance data to generate actionable insights, unlocking retailer opportunities and ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in omni-channel marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing, customer behavior, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to partner with cross functional collaborators including but not limited to sales, brand marketing & analytics, in order to solve sophisticated problems and deliver financial results.
  • Strong openness and proactive approach to engage, spar and influence on key responsibilities.
  • Adaptable to changes and be at the forefront to lead change in both actions and behaviour.
  • Understand what it means to achieve success with others and through others.
  • Direct experience with retail media for B2B eCommerce accounts (e.g. Cartology or Amazon Advertising) or external media agencies.
