Leading Science Information Detailing (SID) Team doing activities for pharmacies mainly in Seoul & Metro Seoul. This position reports into Selfcare BU_CD(Sales) Lead and is based at Seoul metropolitan area, South Korea. 

OTC Direct Pharmacy Detailing Expert Team Lead (SID Team Lead)는 서울 및 수도권 지역의 약국을 대상으로 활동하는 SID 팀을 리드 합니다. SID 팀은 셀프케어 브랜드(일반의약품 3개 브랜드: 타이레놀, 니코레트, 로게인)의 과학 기반의 제품 및 질환에 대한 디테일링, 머천다이징, 및 프로모션 활동을 수행하여 약국 매출 증대 업무를 수행합니다.  

또한, 헬스케어 프로페셔널에게 질환 및 제품에 대한 과학적 지식을 전달하고, 헬스케어 프로페셔널의 환자와 소비자에 대한 복약지도 상담 툴과  켄뷰 셀프케어 브랜드에 대한 인지도를 높이기 위해 질환과 치료제애 대한 심층적인 디테일링 (질환 및 최신 치료가이드, 치료제, 임상레퍼런스, 환자 복약지도 정보 등)과 학술 세미나 등의 다양한 활동을 지원합니다. 또한, 헬스케어 프로페셔널 대상의 다양한 학술 활동과 대한약사회 등 주요 약사 커뮤니티의 KOL을 관리합니다. 

The OTC Pharmacy Detailing Expert Team Lead (SID Team Lead) is responsible for leading Science Information Detailing (SID) Team who is doing activities for pharmacies mainly in Seoul for Selfcare Brands (3 OTC brads in Selfcare BU) mainly to pharmacies in the metropolitan area, based on the process and results of the work, we will create a model to increase Healthcare Professionals’ scientific knowledge and product recommendation of Kenvue Selfcare brands. Through qualified detailing activities and scientific seminars, Kenvue SID team will develop strong HCP engagement and increase product recommendation from HCP for Kenvue Selfcare’s long-term growth.  

Key Responsibilities 

· Manage SID’s Key Performance Index especially AVR (Availability/ Visibility/ Recommendation) score and HCP engagement to complete Perfect Pharmacy via product detailing and in-store merchandising activities in pharmacies 

· Deliver sell-out target by area, team & individual in pharmacy & brand level 

· Co-work with Brand, Shopper & Science Marketing team and maximize qualified product detailing via in-store merchandising activities in pharmacies  

· Develop key speaker group of HCP based on best practice case development and enhancing science knowledge sharing  

· Conduct with HCP with key accounts and regional pharmacy group and pharmacist association 

· Lead pharmacists congress and academic events 

· Maximize brand communications and campaign execution and exposure at major accounts working with commercial team closely  

· Lead Perfect Pharmacy Execution Project  

· Support for Science Marketing activities & Consumer Research  

What We Are Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

·    +10 years sales or marketing experience in OTC or ETC sector at pharmaceutical or healthcare company  

·    Preferred managing direct pharmacy sales team experience 

Desired Qualifications 

·    Basic understanding of business development & marketing  

·    Major relating with Business/Biology/Chemical/Physiology & Pharmacology preferred  

·    Good communication & negotiation skill  

·    Good inter-personal relationship 

·    Proactive & positive & innovative mind  

·    English communication (Writing & Verbal) ability 

·    MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency
