What you will do

The Owned Channels & Influencer Lead for Aveeno Megabrand at Kenvue is responsible for developing and executing the brand's social media strategy, website content strategy and influencer strategy approach across various categories, including Adult and Baby. This role aims to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and relevance through creative content and effective management across these channels. The Owned Channels and Influencer Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure the brand remains competitive in landscape and has consistent messaging across channels.

Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with Global and Local Category teams to ensure brand equity remains cohesive and consistent, while developing and executing plans tailored to local needs and priorities.

  • Partner closely with Local Category, Global, paid media, PR, CX teams to drive a holistic Paid, Owned, and Earned approach to market.

  • Own day-to-day budget management and execution for influencer and owned channel programs.

  • Provide thought leadership on vision and best practices for the marketing of today and tomorrow

Influencer Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement influencer strategy for Aveeno® US.

  • Work closely with Global team to deliver on influencer toolkits and strategy.

  • Create tiered influencer strategies across micro, mid-tier, macro, and VIP levels for both short- and long-term partnerships.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of social platforms, content best practices, rights and usage, and cultural trends to inform strategy.

  • Set clear KPIs and track learnings for all influencer campaigns, delivering monthly and program-level reporting

  • Oversee recruitment and selection of core influencers, manage contracting, negotiations, and deliverables, and project manage campaigns from start to finish to ensure approvals and timely launches.

  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Partner with Category teams on new launch mailers, product seedings, and fulfillment of influencer product needs.

Owned Channel Strategy & Execution

  • Oversee strategy and execution for brand website content, CRM programs, and organic social channels, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local priorities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize consumer engagement and conversion through digital touchpoints.

  • Ensure content calendars, messaging, and creative assets for Owned channels reflect brand positioning and campaign objectives.

  • Own relationships with social agency partners, implement, and evolve the social playbook, ensure processes account for needs

  • Own and manage content planning calendar to ensure cross-functional, cultural, Global, retailer, and other priorities and activations are included in organic social calendars

  • Set clear KPIs and track learnings, delivering monthly reporting

Leadership

  • Manage two direct reports, fostering an environment of collaboration, performance, and growth.

  • Act as a strong people leader who teaches, challenges, and inspires team members.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, or communications, ideally within beauty or personal care

  • Proven success developing and executing influencer strategies across multiple tiers and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Deep understanding of social media trends, content creation best practices, and influencer partnerships, including paid/organic usage rights

  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing KPIs and reporting

  • Experience using tools and vendors like Traackr, CreatorIQ, Iconosquare, Sprinklr, Talkwaler or similar

  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships, with a track record of delivering high-impact campaigns on time and within scope

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to influence cross-functional teams including global team, PR, media, and category partners

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a passion for mentorship and growth

  • A strategic, creative, and culturally attuned approach to brand storytelling and talent engagement

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
