What you will do

As a Packaging Artwork Coordinator, you will be leading the execution of packaging and labelling projects for Kenvue brands as part of the Brand Growth organization. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to execute the brands’ innovation and new label visual identity.

 

Using the guidelines provided by our Global teams, you will work with our design agency to execute the new packaging graphics across the Canadian portfolio. After local adaptation, you will facilitate internal review with relevant cross-functional partners (legal, regulatory, R&D) and oversee the launch into market.

Key Responsibilities: 

·       Implement the adaptation of global packaging designs to meet Canada’s labelling guidelines ensuring packaging complies with local regulatory and legal requirements  

·       Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and legal to develop Canadian specific packaging manuscripts (initial focus on Skin Health portfolio) and route to critical stakeholders for approval.

·       Engage with translation agency on the adaptation of manuscript to meet bilingual requirements

·       Ensure manuscripts are compliant and ready for Design intent creation

·       Partner with external development agency to execute 3D renderings of product packaging, as well as manage uploads to internal platforms.

·       Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress and budgets, ensuring adherence to established goals and objectives

·       Identify and mitigate risks associated with labelling process projects, ensuring timely resolution of issue

·        Support the launch by executing 3D packaging and claims on PDP designs and SEO content.

 

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

 

·          Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Project management or related fields.

·          Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams with a one team mindset

·          4-6 years’ experience with CPG packaging and artwork processes and Canadian labelling guidelines is highly preferred

·          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

·          Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·          Ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive, and dynamic environment  

·          Comfortable and effective at taking the initiative and responsibility.

 

 

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$72,000.00 - $116,150.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
