What you will do

Kenvue is looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst to be part of our Brazil Payroll. The successful candidate will be part of the group in charge to ensure a flawless execution & delivery excellence of the E2E Payroll process in Brazil. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a true subject matter expert for Brazil Payroll and possible other Latam Payrolls.
  • Responsible for testing new system implementation of Payroll, execute tasks and deliverables.
  • Perform the validation of the Payroll End to End cycle, ensuring full accuracy and compliance with external legislation and internal policies & requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring full data integrity and quality.
  • Design, implement and execute new processes and subprocesses within Payroll. Lead review and changes in the payroll process and subprocess, identify opportunity areas and address the respective actions. Skilled in implementing and improving processes.
  • Interact with the different areas of business to identify needs and generate solutions. Promote and sustain great partnerships.
  • Create presentations and business cases. Prepare the content, coordinate and hold meetings and workshops with different level of participants.
  • Perform Issues Management: Review root cause impacts and address corrective & preventive actions.
  • Prepare and review process documentations (process flows and narratives).
  • Support local Internal Controls and Compliance related activities.
  • Participate on internal and external network groups to identify, bring and implement best practices.
  • Identify needs, prepare materials and lead trainings related to Payroll process to internal and external team members.

Expected profile:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting, Law or related areas of knowledge
  • Advanced level of English is required (Spanish is a plus)
  • Knowledge in SAP and/or Global View (Workday is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Payroll best practices
  • Advanced knowledge in the local legislation & ancillary obligation applied to the end to end payroll processing (it covers but is not limited to specific aspects of the CLT, INSS, FGTS, IR, MANAD and eSocial)
  • Experience in accounting/reconciliations (is a plus)
