Payroll Assistant - Fixed term contract
This position reports into the Payroll Lead and will be based in Maroussi, Athens.

What will you do
The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of operational documents required for payroll activities in Greece. The role will also contribute to system transition activities and the related hypercare period.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage all documentation required for ERGANI (e.g., hiring and termination documents, monthly leaves and absences, teleworking, contract renewals, etc.)
- Update and maintain the Time & Attendance platform (WorkLife)
- Prepare monthly reports through the Workday system
- Prepare the On Cycle Checklist (OCC) after payroll finalization
- Support the preparation of payroll-related reports
- Assist the Payroll Cluster with ad hoc activities and projects
- Contribute to system transition and hypercare phase activities
What we are looking for
Qualifications:
- University degree in Economics or a related field
- Fluency in English and Greek
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
