What you will do
The People Business Lead Supply Chain will actively support business leaders to drive the talent agenda to enable business results through Coaching, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, and Business Partnering. You will address complex organizational changes by providing HR leadership in support of local business goals, enterprise and HR strategies:
Key Responsibilities
Deploy global/ standardized HR strategy in partnership with local Business leaders to drive the
achievement of business objectives in the areas: organizational design, succession planning, career
management, performance management, and workforce planning.
Design, implement, and continuously improve talent management initiatives and HR policies that anticipate
future supply chain skill requirements and support organizational design, development, and change
management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain leaders to proactively address workforce planning,
engagement, retention strategies, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with relevant laws
and regulations.
Utilize advanced analytics tools to drive data-driven insights.
Drive a strong culture through application of organizational development interventions, coaching and
business partnership with leadership.
Develop and deliver ad hoc and regular reporting on HR program effectiveness, workforce turnover, and
other key performance indicators to senior leadership.
Support and lead key projects and deliverables.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,
or a related field.
6 to 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or people management roles, preferably within
supply chain, logistics, or operational environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with management and diverse teams
across multiple functions.
Proven ability to implement innovative HR solutions that drive measurable impact.
Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mindset to develop strategic workforce plans aligned with
supply chain dynamics.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to employee relations
and organizational management.
Experience in organizational design, change management, and performance improvement initiatives.
