What you will do

The BUHR is responsible for promoting excellent employee relations, implementing HR plans and programs, overseeing employee files, managing employee lifecycle, talent management and development, engagement , capability building, workforce management and using analytics tools to inform talent and HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement effective HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business and GCC strategy.
  • Analyze appropriate business, financial, or other drivers to inform HR solutions and help with insight and dashboarding
  • Partner with a larger HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
  • Supports in driving talent agenda and build organizational capability; Support business leaders to drive talent agenda and achieve business results    
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the employee experience.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and benefits providers.
  • Implement HR policies and programs to support organizational design, development, and change
  • Analyze and report on HR program effectiveness, turnover, and other metrics to inform talent and HR strategies
  • Partners with leaders and managers to improve individual and organizational performance
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding employee files and verifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide HR initiatives

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in HR from premier institute with 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources OR Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 2 + years of relevant Experience in Business partnering
  • Proven management experience with a track record of executing strategic talent and organizational initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in E-Mail, word processing, and spreadsheets
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex HR issues.
  • Strong skills in conflict resolution, managing for performance/accountability, and developing leadership and ownership in individuals
