HybridWhat you will do
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Relations/Labor Relations - Close partnership and collaboration with the regional Employee Relations & Labor Relations department (case management, employment policy, grievance and performance management, etc.)
• Engagement - Partner with people leaders to shape the culture and maximize employee engagement
• HR Management - Promote and coordinate collaboration across all parts of the HR functions (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, ER/LR, Global Services), ensuring integrated solutions and a seamless experience for all stakeholders across the entire employee lifecycle
• Capability building - Work directly with client groups to identify key capabilities for the future aligned with business goals
• Business Partnering and coaching - Drive a strong culture, through organizational development interventions, coaching and close business partnering. Provide ongoing and targeted coaching support to local people leaders
• Communication & Change - Play a consultative role in employee communication and change initiatives with the local client groups
• Talent Management - Deploy and translate global talent strategies into local initiatives to attract & retain top talent and create diverse talent pools, and drive meaningful talent conversations
• Coordinate the local Onboarding Program
• Partner closely with the Regional and Central Europe HR Team
What we are looking for :

Required Qualifications:
• University / Bachelor’s degree; preferred area of study: HR, Social or Business Economics, Law, or related discipline is preferred
• Minimum of 3-6 years professional experience in HR with experience in Employer Relations/Labor Relations and/or HR Generalist experience
• Minimum of basic Coaching skills
• Understanding basic financials and critical HR KPIs transferring into HR strategies to enable business growth
• Knowledge and expertise in Czech employee relations and labor relations laws and practices
• Advanced presentation skills, story telling capabilities
• Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
• Experience in managing, planning and implementing projects and business support initiatives
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Able to influence, shape solutions and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills
• Experience in a multinational environment or in the Consumer Goods or Health Care Industry is a plus
• Fluent in the Czech and English language are a must!
