What you will do

The People Program Management Lead plays a critical role in driving successful execution of global people-related programs and initiatives across the organization. This role blends strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and analytical capabilities to ensure effective delivery of HR and talent solutions. You will support the implementation of HR strategies by managing integrated programs that involve both technical solutions and non-technical organizational initiatives.

This role reports into the People Solutions Program Management Leader and is based in BGC, Taguig, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of people related programs and projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved across multiple business units.

• Partner with People Solutions, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement talent, engagement, workforce, and capability building initiatives that elevate employee experience and drive organizational effectiveness.

• Monitor and report on program performance, including risks, dependencies, and outcomes; maintain accurate documentation and assist in driving continuous improvement in program processes.

• Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and program tracking, ensuring effective use of resources and adherence to organizational guidelines.

• Provide program management support across the end-to-end employee lifecycle—including onboarding, workforce data management, performance management, learning, leadership development, organizational development, career progression, and succession planning.

• Contribute to organizational development and change management initiatives through research, communication development, stakeholder coordination, and execution support.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Project Management, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR project management, program coordination, or people focused roles.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.

• Foundational experience in employee relations, documentation, and supporting performance management processes.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of organization and accuracy.

• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, including both technical and non-technical projects.

• Working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) used in delivering people-related initiatives.

• Project‑management–driven competencies, including requirements gathering, workflow mapping, data-informed assessment, and converting business needs into defined project scopes, charters, and delivery plans.

Desired Qualifications

• Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI ACP, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent are highly preferred.

• Working knowledge of AI enabled program and project management, including coordinating projects that leverage AI tools or automation to improve efficiency and decision-making.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.

• Experience supporting the implementation of engagement, inclusion, or retention programs.

• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate evolving or complex program and project scenarios.

• Exposure to organizational design, change management, or training development initiatives.

• Proficiency in productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort with HRIS and analytics platforms.

• Ability to lead workstreams across multiple projects while balancing strategic context with strong execution discipline.
