What you will do

The People Solutions Program Management Leader is responsible to lead strategic initiatives and ensure successful delivery of complex programs across multiple pillars in the People Solutions and indirectly the People function. The role requires a high level of coordination, communication, and leadership to align cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes. Your ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and maintain focus on strategic goals will be critical to your success as well as the team. You should be comfortable presenting to executive leadership, negotiating & influencing stakeholders/partners, and mentoring junior team members. You will effectively lead with empathy, inspire and motivate a lean but high performing team of Program, Change & Communications Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex programs in the People Solutions which includes but not limited to: Hire to Retire Project Initiatives, Program Implementations, Transitions/Insourcing/Outsourcing, Acquisition & Divestiture and Systems Implementation.
  • Responsible for managing program timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive strong collaboration & partnership with project managers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop program governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics to monitor progress and ensure accountability and execution.
  • Facilitate regular program reviews, identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensure customer satisfaction and executional excellence.
  • Mentor and support project managers, change enablement, communications and other members in Operational Excellence team.
  • Drive collaboration and strong partnership with the Operational Excellence and cross-functional team and stakeholders.
  • Champion best practices in project management and support capability building in People Solutions.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • 3+ years of experience in People Leadership
  • Certified project practitioner
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with program management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Desired Qualifications

  • A background in technology, shared services, or management consulting is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in HR Tech deployments, RFP, M&A is highly desirable
  • Experience in Change and Communications principles and methodologies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
