This role reports to APAC Integrated Performance Lead- SC Excellence and is based at Mumbai.

What You Will Do
This role will be part of the Supply Excellence (APAC) and will focus on data driven performance management, business analytics and operational support with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Insights:
- Utilize data visualization and analytics tools (KNIME, Power BI, SQL) to gather, analyse, and interpret business data and performance metrics
- Develop new capabilities/Enhance current tools/dashboards to drive integrated Performance Management
- Use advanced techniques to predict and project performance metrics, enabling proactive management and mitigation strategies
Business Process Governance
- Support Integrated Performance Management and Regional OTIF-D (Service) process governance in collaboration with regional and market teams
- Design and create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and actionable insights using Power BI for inventory metrics and performance management
Process Optimization & Performance Maximization
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within performance, inventory, and SLOB management workflows
- Collaborate with the DTO team to develop and implement tools and automation to streamline OKR metrics reporting

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, specialization in Data Science, Engineering will be preferred
- Post-graduation in Supply Chain or Data Science is an added advantage
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in business analytics & operations with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
- Ability to work in a global team across cultures and APAC/India time zones.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong experience (2-3 years) with KNIME, Power BI, Databricks, and SQL.
- Proven ability to develop and implement tools for data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
Analytical Thinking:
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Business Process & Inventory Management Knowledge:
- Understanding of business and supply chain processes, including inventory management principles, OTIF-D demand forecasting, and supply chain dynamics
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels within the organization
- Excellent people management and influencing skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SAP-APO or similar systems preferred
