What you will do

The Quality Portfolio and Finance Leader is responsible for implementing the strategy developed by the Kenvue Quality Leadership team. This role is accountable for maintaining structured governance of initiatives, communicating the strategy, and coordinating program and change management for its implementation.

This individual collaborates closely with the Operations Strategy team to ensure aligned goals, reporting, and budget planning. They also have frequent exposure to the QHS Leadership. Close collaboration with the regional Quality teams is required to ensure alignment and that necessary revisions or change management are standardized and cascaded globally. This individual is responsible for presenting data and information to the leadership teams to evaluate the status of strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with the individual owners of initiatives, ensuring adoption of standard tools and templates for resource planning, structured reporting, assistance in escalations as required and financial planning/reporting. 
  • Works with Finance to manage variations and mitigate risk, RAID logs and Escalations
  • Manages cross functional reporting for quarterly or any adhoc updates
  • Owns the project based 3YOP and BP development (except for Salaries related spend)
  • Develops and maintains reporting mechanisms to demonstrate status and impact of results.
  • Facilitates hiring and terminating contractual resources on behalf of the organization, leaving the day-to-day management of resources to the hiring manager
  • Serves as a guide for standard transactions in staffing, procurement, et al
  • Represents Quality in cross functional Portfolio / tooling (Planisware, etc) discussions
  • Represents Quality in various Operations forums to share initiative plans, status and/or issues
  • Participates in interdependency workshops to share and bring back conflicts in schedule and resource allocation back to Quality led initiatives
  • Acts as Business Owner for Smartsheet tool, including standard templates and dashboards

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of Program Management leadership experience on large complex business transformation programs
  • Prior experience in working in a GxP environment,  defining and leading the change management approach for digital programs with strong knowledge of change management principles, methods, and tools
  • Excellent communication skills, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with demonstrable ability to influence/collaborate across divisional and functional boundaries to achieve business outcomes and drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in strategic project portfolio management approaches. Knowledge of business strategic priorities and role of projects in portfolio to deliver on those priorities

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$152,150.00 - $214,800.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
