What will you do
Lead and manage NPD/NPI/LCM project portfolio for all business units
Play as site core team member in NPD/NPI/LCM and liaison extended team for all business units.
Support - Site portfolio management and governance (Project Management Office) for all business units
Response to feasibility scope and coordinate with PPM & EM lead for NPD/NPI/LCM for all business units
Support Make Excellence Lead for site development.
KEY RESULT AREAS
CAPEX and CIP Phasing monthly per committed Target
Smart Operation Initiatives executed per timeline
Complete Business Plan activities and Business Case development on time
Complete urgent tasks within limited time
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Good communication in English is a must
Experience in manufacturing business process (FMCG is preferred)
Basic Finance and Business Acumen is preferred Knowledge & Skills:
