Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class Manufacturing Sciences and Technology team, focusing on project management, innovation, and strategic planning at our Thailand site. You will undergo a structured development program that combines hands-on training, project assignments, and mentorship, equipping you with the skills necessary to drive impactful projects in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for NPD/NPI/LCM projects at the Thailand site.
Liaise with extended teams, including engineering, production, maintenance, and technical teams, to ensure successful delivery of projects within the manufacturing scope.
Collaborate closely with the Make Excellence Lead to formulate and update site strategy, including expansion initiatives and network optimization.
Oversee the management of the project portfolio, including monitoring timelines, allocating resources, managing CAPEX, prioritizing tasks, assessing benefits, and mitigating risks. Conduct monthly meetings to provide regular updates and reports to the site leadership team.
Foster connections with regional franchise teams, Make Excellence (MEX) teams, and value stream teams to address any ad-hoc requirements and provide necessary support.
Undertake additional activities and tasks as directed by PPM Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven with a strong learning agility.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and drive solutions.
Planning and organizing skill
