What you will do

What you will do   

As Power BI Developer, you will play a key role in the deployment of digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value for Kenvue Operations. You will work closely with UX Designers, Digital Product Teams, and other cross-functional partners to deliver impactful data visualization and insights. 

We are seeking a dynamic Power BI Developer with hands-on experience in Power BI and a strong understanding of the Microsoft Azure stack. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering insightful data visualizations and business intelligence solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Develop and implement Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs. 

  • Utilize Microsoft Azure stack technologies to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across various platforms. 

  • Design and construct data models to improve data analytics and reporting capabilities. 

  • Write DAX queries to extract and manipulate data for complex reporting requirements. 

  • Maintain and support existing Power BI solutions, making improvements as business needs evolve. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power BI with other digital solutions. 

 

What we are looking for  

Required Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field 

  • 2-4 years of work experience with at least one year of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power BI Server, Power Platform, Power Apps, and/or Co-pilot 

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure stack, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL Database. 

  • Proficiency in DAX queries and data modeling. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

 

Desired Qualifications  

  • Experience working in the CPG industry, with a strong understanding of Supply Chain is preferred 

  • Microsoft Certifications in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis are a plus
