HybridWhat you will do
The Principal Product Resiliency Scientist plays a critical role in developing efficient multisource data aggregation and analysis processes, identifying trends, and transforming data into actionable insights. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tracking, collating, triaging, and management of end-to-end material issues related to product resiliency.
Key Responsibilities
Tracking, collating, and triaging end-to-end material issues, ensuring timely management and resolution
Supporting the evolution of internal governance and processes concerning resiliency topics
Collaborating with Product & Packaging Development teams to provide hands-on support for managing resiliency topics and future-proofing innovation
Staying informed about industry trends and emerging scientific developments, and integrating relevant insights into internal programs
Leading the creation and maintenance of databases, dashboards, and automated processes for evaluating large, multi-source data sets
Identifying and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders and integrating data science solutions into resiliency programs
Proactively seeking continuous improvement opportunities to simplify execution and enhance organizational outcomes, emphasizing product resiliency throughout the process
Gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within datasets, with a focus on total product resiliency
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, etc.)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant technical field
Strong foundation in scientific principles and methodologies
Proven track record of success in scientific data analysis and risk assessment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proactive and driven to identify and pursue opportunities for continuous process improvement
Demonstrated track record of learning, adaptation, and leveraging innovative technologies for continuous improvement
Demonstrated expertise in delivery of mitigation strategies, processes, and systems, and delivering streamlined data and technology solutions for complex processes
