What you will do

The Production Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for overseeing the installation and relocation of production equipment, prioritizing repairs, preparing equipment reliability reports, and providing training to staff on equipment repairs and safety procedures:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime for the Production Maintenance Scheduler role
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive maintenance strategies
  • Utilize advanced scheduling software to streamline production maintenance activities
  • Develop and implement production schedules and material requirements to ensure efficient production flow
  • Analyze production demand, sales patterns, forecasts, and plant capacity data to optimize production schedules
  • Coordinate with various departments to monitor orders and ensure on-time delivery of products
  • Identify and address production issues related to capacity constraints and new product launches
  • Expedite procurement of parts needed for production activities
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to make necessary adjustments to production schedules
  • Support new product launch meetings by providing production schedule and analysis

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in production maintenance scheduling or related field
  • Associates Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field
  • 4-6 years of related experience in production scheduling and material requirements planning
  • Associates Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Internet and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$86,700.00 - $122,400.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
