This position reports into the Senior Professional Manager Oral Care + Baby and is based in Neuss, Germany

What will you do
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and develop local professional marketing insights and programs to support brand plans and integrate professional marketing programs to brand plans
- Develop and enhance initiatives that engage Health Care Professionals (HCP) such as Pharmacists, Midwives or Pediatricians
- Organize, lead and attend a total of around 10-15 congresses for midwifes (and pediatricians) p.a. including clear follow-ups and optimizations
- Manage the development of HCP assets, such as trainings and patient brochures, as well as content for our HCP platform, our CRM program or media
- HCP training material and more to effectively educate HCPs to drive their recommendation
- Own and manage HCP budgets
- Own and manage operative tasks such as HCC processes (including RAD and HCC sampling plan) and material management (planning, implementation, and system approvals)
- Ensure KPI tracking for key activities
- Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams & external customers and partners (healthcare professionals & healthcare associations, government bodies, vendors and agencies) to achieve objectives
- Ensure compliance to healthcare compliance guidelines for all healthcare professional related activities
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in business administration with a focus on marketing
- Minimum 2 years experience in brand management or related function
- Preference for candidates with HCP or OTC experience
- International experience through internships or studies desirable
- Very good conceptual as well as analytical skills and strong in presentations/storytelling
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Confident handling of operational and organizational complexity (e.g. in a matrix organization)
- Intercultural competence and outstanding communication skills
- Strong project management skills even in complex situations and under time pressure
- Business fluent in German and English
- Confident in the use of MS Office
