Position Overview:
Kenvue is seeking a hands-on, results-oriented PMO Project Manager on a Fixed term contract to lead and execute strategic initiatives across the MAKE organization. This role is pivotal in driving project governance, financial control, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Project Governance & Performance Management
o    Lead end-to-end project governance including intake, planning, execution, and closure.
o    Track and report on project KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
o    Manage project interdependencies across functions and geographies.
o    Ensure compliance with PMO standards and methodologies.
2.    Financial Control & Oversight
o    Own financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for assigned projects.
o    Monitor project spend and forecast accuracy, ensuring financial transparency.
o    Collaborate with finance and business teams to optimize value delivery.
3.    Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
o    Act as the single point of contact for external partners and internal stakeholders.
o    Facilitate collaboration to unlock mutual value for Kenvue and its partners.
o    Build strong relationships across business units and external organizations.
4.    Project Leadership & Execution
o    Lead and execute cross-functional projects including: 
    New Product Development (NPD)
    Regional/Global Program Rollouts
    Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives
    Resiliency and risk mitigation programs
o    Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables across diverse teams.

Minimum Requirements:
•    Tertiary education in Business, Engineering, or related field.
•    PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
•    Experience in a regulated environment, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations.

Desired Qualifications:
•    Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
•    Understanding of GMP guidelines within manufacturing environments (e.g., Eudralex, PIC/s, 21 CFR FDA).
•    Experience working in matrixed organizations and global teams.
