What you will do

The PMO Supervisor will serve as a key driving force within Project Nexus, take lead for Global Change Control Management for compliance requirement, And as a PMO , responsible for supporting end-to-end project planning, cross-functional coordination, risk and issue log management, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. This role requires strong capability to drive cross-functional topics into structured and actionable tasks, enabling smooth execution across Quality, Tech Ops, Supply Chain, Regulatory.,etc.  

Key Responsibilities 

1. Project Management 

  • Support to create and maintain end-to-end project plan, including critical path identification and dependency mapping. 

  • Provide accurate and timely project status updates, including weekly/monthly reports and risk dashboards. 

  • Organize and facilitate Core Team, and cross-functional working meetings, ensuring clear decisions and follow-up actions. 

  • Maintain decision logs, issue logs, and ensure all items have owners and closure timelines. 

  • Drive by case propose solutions, and drive alignment among stakeholders. 

  • Maintain structured PMO documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, risk logs, and status reviews. 

2. Change Management & Compliance 

  • Responsible for Global change control initiate for Project Nexus and close monitor for tasks completed with different phasing to ensure compliance with QA/RA requirements, regulatory timelines, and audit expectations. 

  • Support preparation of documentation required for inspections, submissions, and regulatory interactions. 

 Qualifications 

Education:  Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Management, or related disciplines. 
Experience 

  • Around 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles. 

  • Experience in cross-functional projects, especially in pharma, FMCG, supply chain transitions, or validation projects preferred. 

Key Competencies 

  • Solid problem-solving skills based on logic, data, and cross-functional insights. 

  • Effective communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • High resilience, ownership mindset, and ability to work under pressure. 

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint.
