This position reports into Quality structure based at Kenvue SJC, BRAZIL site.

What You Will Do 

The Quality Control Sr Analyst will be responsible for Project management  and implementation of Quality Laboratories of the Future Program, reporting to Regional Quality project manager. This role will be responsible for delivering quality plans across the SJC laboratories in order to achieve project milestones in several workstreams such as lims implementation, system new functionalities integrations, equipment lifecycle management, equipment automation and connectivity, test method optimization, change management, documentation updates including change control coordination and others.

Key Responsibilities

  • LIMS New functionalities Project, acting as focal point in the labs and with global stakeholders
  • Project Team management
  • Equipment integration (with LIMS)
  • Change Management
  • Risk Management
  • Facilitate trainings
  • Interface with IT and suppliers
  • Lab Processes Improvement

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemical engineering, chemistry or equivalent technical field required
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience in the field regulated health industry : Cosmetic/Device/Drug regulated environment
  • Solid Experience in Laboratories
  • Proven experience in leading virtual within dynamic settings in a regional /cross-functional environment. 
  • Project management certification is preferred
  • Solid technical (quality/regulatory) knowledge
  • Understanding of LATAM GxP regulations  applicable for cosmetics, devices, pharmaceutical  industries.,
