O que você fará

The Account Manager e-commerce is responsible for scheduling appointments, meeting with customers, expanding market share, developing sales, preparing reports, and achieving sales goals. You will be accountable for acquiring new customers, expanding the product line, negotiating orders, and preparing quotes:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for client accounts
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on account status and performance metrics
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in client strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for e-commerce platform
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance for e-commerce applications
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency in e-commerce sector
  • Schedules appointments for a medium territory/client base and meets with new and existing customers in e-commerce industry
  • Develop sales of new products and search for new areas in which to sell existing products in e-commerce market
  • Negotiate, close orders and prepare quotes for e-commerce sales
  • Provide information and support as required to secure sales in e-commerce business
  • Utilize support from other departments as needed to assist in achieving objectives in e-commerce sector
  • Prepare reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed in e-commerce field
  • Inform company of activities or competitive intelligence in the field to assist in business and product planning for e-commerce market

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management or e-commerce
  • Proven working experience in e-commerce sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Desired Qualifications

  • Working experience in e-commerce development
  • Have published one or more e-commerce apps in the App Store
  • Experience with e-commerce frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning in e-commerce sector
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems
  • Generally requires 2-4 years related experience in e-commerce industry
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in relevant field for e-commerce role
