O que você fará

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented [Comms Activation lead] to join our Brand Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the integration of brand comms and creative activation across multiple touchpoints with special focus on retail/trade. You will be responsible for ensuring the brand equity is clear and consistent across various activations, but is uniquely fit for that touchpoint objective. Creative ecosystem will span across physical and mental availability such as display creative, media assets and instore activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Optimization:

  • Lead the development of trade marketing content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and being the primary liaison with our global brand development teams, customer activation teams and agency partners to ensure flawless design delivery and implementation

  • Oversee the localization of global shopper toolkits, expanding national assets to include Omni merchandising requirements, inclusive of instore merchandising and digital assets needed across breath of customer landscape

  • You will develop the process and tools to stand up integrated activation calendars and creative development briefs with the goal to deliver clear, consistent and distinctive comms and creative across the omni path to purchase

  • You will measure the impact of the creative across the market and ensure the local and BDT teams are aware of what creative is driving the best results

  • You will partner closely with the customer teams and agency partners to ensure creative development process delivers against defined objectives, on time and effectively. Creative needs may range from designing for custom displays to leading brand inclusion within customer specific tentpoles/activations

  • You will be responsible for creative kick off, optimization and driving creative deadlines to meet all critical deadlines.

Asset Development:

  • Develop retail media assets, ensuring they are fit for customer needs.

  • Manage the promotional & retail media asset local agency and ensure they are within budget and scoped appropriately across brands and customers

  • Develop comprehensive local trade toolkits with sufficient depth to support trade promotions and display artwork.

  • Develop local creative assets for consumer and trade promotions, including display materials and promotional content.

Promotional Strategy:

  • You will help customer strategy track all promotional activity in the market for your brand and ensure your teams’ have heightened awareness to promotional calendars and future events in plan

  • Become the SME with customer activation partners and help support promotional strategy for your brands, bringing and outside-in lens and market awareness to the strategy.

Collaboration & Planning:

  • Work closely with other key brand owners like Brand Development Teams and Brand Growth to clearly define the brand identify and creative needs

  • Work with customer teams on annual planning process helping shape strategy and ways of working across customers and squads

  • Contribute to Business Planning (BP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and analyze trade marketing performance metrics to optimize future strategies.

  • Implement a Ratings and Reviews strategy and execute relevant initiatives to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

What we are looking for:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or a related field, preferably within the CPG industry.

  • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing, retail media, consumer promotions, and shopper marketing strategies.

  • Proven experience in asset development for digital shelves and in-store merchandising.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret market insights and performance metrics.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Desired Qualifications

  • Has shopper marketing, trade marketing, or some activation experience

  • Proficient in retail media and media creative needs

  • Has experience working with customers in a selling capacity

O salário-base anual para novas contratações nesta posição varia:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00
